Our client, a manufacturing company specializing in custom-made products, faced a significant challenge:
- Managing quotes and invoicing required integrating complex data from custom orders.
- Crucial information, though available in Odoo, was difficult to export and attach to invoices.
The clear need: create a solution to generate spreadsheets (.csv or .xlsx) directly from Odoo based on internal system data and automatically attach them to invoice emails.

- Creation of custom export templates
- Each user can create unique export templates directly in Odoo.
- Templates allow the inclusion of all available system data: pricing, orders, inventory, CRM details, and more.
2. Assigning templates to contacts
- From the client’s profile, the appropriate export template can be defined and attached.
3. Automatic export generation during invoicing
- With every invoice validation, the predefined export is automatically generated and added to the file.
4. Simplified email sending
- With just a few clicks, the invoice and exported documents can be sent simultaneously from Odoo.
