Arche TI is a Montreal-based firm specializing in ERP integration solutions, particularly Odoo. We support Quebec SMEs in their digital transformation journey. Our passionate team is committed to service excellence and building authentic client relationships.
You will join Arche TI’s sales and marketing team directly and work closely with the Head of Sales. You will be involved in all aspects of our activities: managing the relationship with our agency, coordinating advertising campaigns, preparing trade shows, organizing client testimonial video shoots, and much more.
Content Creation and Communications — 40%
• Collaborate on content creation for social media, the website, and newsletters
• Write publications, promotional copy, and presentations
• Work with our external marketing agency on the production of client testimonial videos
• Support the preparation of sales presentations and sales enablement materials
Team Support and Organizational Life — 15%
• Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings
•Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to align marketing messaging
• Perform any other related tasks connected to marketing objectives
Strategy and Planning — 20%
• Participate in marketing data analysis and action planning
• Help structure marketing processes in collaboration with our agency (editorial calendar, campaign tracking, key performance indicators)
• Provide recommendations to improve Arche TI’s visibility among targeted SMEs
• Monitor ERP industry trends and competitor activities
Events and Trade Shows — 25%
• Participate in the logistical coordination of trade shows and networking events
• Contribute to the creation of presentation materials and promotional assets
• Ensure post-event follow-up (leads, results, recommendations)
