Our client, a fast-growing Quebec-based company specializing in software integration, is looking for a human resources advisor to provide support to its managers and teams. You will serve as the HR point of contact, overseeing the onboarding and integration of employees, providing support throughout their career journey, and managing various internal files and processes. Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment, interviews, and the onboarding of new employees
- Ensuring compliance with HR practices, internal policies, and legal obligations
- Coordinating the performance evaluation process and providing employee follow-up
- Actively contributing to the development and maintenance of the organizational culture
- Planning and coordinating training and skills development activities
Requirements
- College or university degree in human resources management or a relevant related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in human resources or executive support
- Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills
- Inspire confidence
Nice to Have
- Membership in the Ordre des CRHA / CRIA is a plus
- Experience in small-medium TI companies
