Rose Drummond, a Quebecois florist and, since fall 2011, a market gardening producer, has been established since 1996. The company was born from the shared dream of its founders, Diane Labranche and Jean-Denis Lampron, to bring consumers closer to producers. To complement its fresh product offerings, the store is divided into two distinct sections: a flower shop and a gourmet grocery featuring products from over 80 local and regional producers. Now in its second generation, since 2012, the Lamprons’ third daughter, Amélie, and her husband, Emmanuel Bertrand, have taken over the business. Their first official project was the Rose Café, which opened in June 2013 and has been a great success, continuing to grow steadily. In 2021, the Soucy company from Drummondville took over the reins of this local institution, committing to continue the remarkable legacy of Rose Drummond and Rose Café.
